Things to Start Looking for in an Expenditure Condo
A close good friend of mine called me a couple of months ago, and asked me to offer him a Market Evaluation on his expenditure condominium in Singapore. Turns out he had purchased a small condo about a year ago, and had done 'privately', a determination he regretted for several reasons. 1) Location, Location, Loc...
You've heard that earlier. The best three important ideas in real estate are....well, you know. Its different when purchasing an investment condominium, or a condo on your very own personal use. Bonus: Secure Parking
Especially using all our chilly climate, having indoor or underground parking is an often-requested feature, albeit at a cost premium
Back to my friend: his private purchase was a very poor deal, as his expenditure decision condominium had NONE of those features. Located in a demanding part of the town, no parking area without a balcony, no more insuite laundry and on the floor with no elevator can make this a hard saleat a popular market.
