Things to look for in an Expenditure Condo

A close friend of mine called me a couple months ago, and asked me to offer him a Market Evaluation on his investment decision condo in Singapore. You have heard this before. The top three most important ideas in real estate are....well, you know. Its different when purchasing an investment condominium, or a flat on the personal use. Central air conditioning and heating is yet another nice-to-have feature, making the condo more comfortable and easier to hire .

Bonus: Protected Parking
Especially with all our chilly climate, having indoor or underground parking is also an often-requested feature, albeit at a price premium

Back for my close buddy: His private purchase ended up being a very bad deal, as his expenditure condo had n one of these features. Located in a demanding part of town, no parking spot, no balcony, no laundry and also on the 3rd floor with no elevator will make this a hard sale, even in a hot market.
