Matters to Start Looking for in an Investment Condo

A buddy of mine called me a couple months ago, and asked me to offer him a Market Evaluation on his expense condo in Singapore. Could it be easy to resell, or does the location hamper your own re-sale efforts? When you should be planning to rent it out, could be the condo located near public transportation routes? Is your neighborhood safe? Many factors enter in to play.

Central air conditioning and heating is yet another nice-to-have feature, making the condo more comfortable and easier to lease .

Bonus: Protected Parking
Especially together using our winter climate, having indoor or subterranean parking is still an often-requested feature, albeit at a price premium

Back for my pal: his private purchase was a very poor deal, as his investment decision condo had NONE of those features. Located in a rough part of town, no parking spot, no balcony, no more insuite laundry and on the floor with no elevator will make this a exact challenging saleat a popular market.
