Matters to Start Looking for in an Investment Condo

A buddy of mine called me a couple months ago, and asked me to offer him a Market Evaluation on his expense condo in Singapore. Turns out he had purchased a small condo about a year ago, and had done'privately', a determination he regretted for several reasons. As we're talking about his expenditure condominium, my brain moved over the features any investor needs to really be looking for when purchasing a condo, learn more.

1) Location, Location, Loc...
You have heard that earlier. The top three most important issues in real estate are....well, you know. Its different when purchasing an investment condo, or a condo on your own personal use. Could it be easy to resell, or does the location hamper your own re-sale efforts? When you should be planning to rent it out, could be the condo located near public transportation routes? Is your neighborhood safe? Many factors enter in to play.

Two ) Parking
Parking, specifically at central locations such as downtown, is always at a top. Even although you are lucky enough to lease your investment out condo to someone who doesn't drive their own vehicle, reselling a flat without its parking area is tougher.

3) Balcony

Usually a bit expensive, however, really worth the price. More quiet, stronger and stable, an expenditure condo in Singapore with concrete floors and walls will also make for easier resale.

Central air conditioning and heating is yet another nice-to-have feature, making the condo more comfortable and easier to lease .

Bonus: Protected Parking
Especially together using our winter climate, having indoor or subterranean parking is still an often-requested feature, albeit at a price premium

Back for my pal: his private purchase was a very poor deal, as his investment decision condo had NONE of those features. Located in a rough part of town, no parking spot, no balcony, no more insuite laundry and on the floor with no elevator will make this a exact challenging saleat a popular market.
