Matters to Start Looking for in an Investment Condo

A close buddy of mine called me a few months ago, and asked me to give him a Market Evaluation on his investment decision condo in Singapore. He had purchased a small condominium about a year ago, and had done 'privately', a determination he regretted for several reasons. Central air conditioning and heating is another nice-to-have feature, making the condo significantly more comfortable and easier to lease out.

Bonus: Safe Parking
Especially using all our winter climate, having indoor or subterranean parking is an often-requested feature, albeit at a price premium

Back to my good friend: his private purchase was a very inadequate deal, as his expense condo had NONE of these features. Located in a demanding part of town, no parking spot, no balcony, no insuite laundry and on the next floor with no elevator is likely to make this a exact difficult sale, even in a hot market.
