Things to Start Looking for in an Expenditure Condo

A close friend of mine called me a few weeks ago, and asked me to offer him a Market Evaluation on his expenditure decision condominium in Singapore. Back to my close friend: his private purchase was a very inadequate deal, as his expense condo had NONE of the features. Located in a demanding part of the town, no parking area without a balcony, no more insuite laundry and on the 3rd floor with no elevator can make this a difficult saleat a popular market.
