Matters to Start Looking for in an Investment Condo

A pal of mine called me a couple months ago, and asked me to offer him a Market Evaluation on his expenditure condominium in Singapore. Turns out he had purchased a small condo about a year ago, and had performed 'privately', a decision he regretted for several reasons. Central air conditioning and heating is yet another nice-to-have feature, making the condominium significantly more comfortable and easier to hire out.

Especially together with our chilly climate, having indoor or subterranean parking is still also an often-requested feature, albeit at a cost premium

Back for my friend: his private purchase was a very poor deal, as his expense condominium had NONE of these features. Located in a demanding part of the town, no parking spotwithout a balcony, no laundry and also on the 3rd floor free of elevator can make this a very hard sale, even in a popular market.
