Things to Start Looking for in an Investment Condo

A friend of mine called me a couple weeks ago, and asked me to give him a Market Evaluation on his investment decision condo in Singapore. Turns out he had purchased a small condominium about a year ago, and had accomplished'privately', a determination he regretted for several reasons. Back to my friend: his private purchase was a exact inadequate deal, as his expenditure condo had n one of the features.
